Data Deletion Request

com.metaflare.locodash)In short: Loco Dash has no accounts and no sign-up. Your game progress lives
only on your device, so uninstalling the game removes it. The limited data collected by third-party
services (advertising & analytics identifiers) can be reset on your device, and you can email us to
request deletion of anything we hold.
1. Do we hold a personal account for you?
No. Loco Dash does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email or phone number. There is no user profile on our servers to delete. The optional leaderboard nickname is stored on your device only.
2. What data exists, and how to delete it yourself
- Game progress (coins, high score, unlocked trains, settings) — stored locally on your device.
Delete it: clear the app's storage (Android: Settings → Apps → Loco Dash → Storage → Clear data) or simply uninstall the game. - Advertising identifier (used by Google AdMob and mediation partners) —
Reset/limit it: Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID / Reset advertising ID. iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (turn off / per-app). - Analytics & crash data (Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics) — pseudonymous, tied to a per-install identifier that is removed when you uninstall the app.
- Purchase records (Google Play / Apple) — managed by the store under its own policy.

3. Ask us to delete your data
To request deletion of any data associated with your use of Loco Dash, email us at support@metaflareinteractive.com with the subject “Loco Dash data deletion request.” To help us locate any data, please include, if available, your device advertising ID and/or Google Play Games player ID.
- We will acknowledge your request and action it (including asking our service providers to delete the relevant data) within 30 days.
- Some records may be retained where required by law or for fraud/abuse prevention, and aggregated or anonymised data that cannot identify you may be kept.
