com.metaflare.locodash)These Terms govern your use of Loco Dash (the "Game"), published by Metaflare Interactive LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or playing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. These Terms are specific to Loco Dash; other Metaflare titles have their own terms.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store's terms.
2. Virtual items & purchases
- The Game offers optional in-app purchases and virtual items (e.g. coins, trains, "Remove Ads", VIP Pass).
- Virtual coins and items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed, not sold.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store; refunds are governed by that store's policy.
- Subscriptions (e.g. VIP Pass) renew per the store's terms until cancelled in your store account.
- We may modify, suspend or discontinue items or the Game at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the Game or its leaderboards, or use it unlawfully.
4. Advertising
The Game is free and supported by ads. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
5. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metaflare Interactive LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts at Jalandhar, Punjab shall have jurisdiction.
